Whyz & Natascha

After studying Financial Services Management, Natascha began her career in financial institutions. An inspiring environment that fed her eagerness to learn, but where she felt the need for more connection and a human approach; the soft skills. Fascinated by what binds people, Natascha immersed herself in grief counselling. In 2015, in addition to her work, she started training as a grief counselor and followed several in-depth courses on dealing with radical events and self-care. In 2017, she made the permanent switch to the healthcare sector, as a trainer and advisor at ARQ IVP. Two years later, she started her own practice focusing on the sustainable employability of people.

As a partner at Whyz, Natascha focuses on expanding and deepening the care practice. Natascha is an energetic and natural connector with broad interests and a good sense of empathy. With her experience in various commercial and strategic roles, she is good at understanding and motivating her discussion partners. Her experience in organisational development and knowledge of the healthcare sector make her determined to play a connecting role within complementary teams and for future-proof leaders.
