We formulate a substantive, realistic and appealing role and candidate profile based on the briefing. Using this document as a basis, our search department scans the whole market to identify potential candidates. Thanks to the use of the most modern search techniques and our extended network, we have access to the (un)usual suspects.SELECTION PROCESS | longlist
We discuss the result of this market analysis with the project team and devise a longlist that we share with the client. A Whyz longlist is a list with names of candidates that are suitable for the role and who we are sure are open to a switch and with whom we have recently had face-to-face or telephone contact. We discuss the draft longlist with the client, after which we approach and invite the candidates on the final longlist for an interview at our office. We use this interview to select people based on qualities, experience, personality and motivations. After this selection phase, the best candidates are introduced to the client. COMPLETION PHASE | settlement and soft landing
After selection of the candidate, the relevant partner at Whyz supervises completion in full. We also contribute to successful onboarding. With the right match in terms of culture and values, the selected candidate and the team can be themselves, feel valued, and make a difference in the short term.
