Whyz & Johan

"The right person in the right place". It sounds so simple, but practice shows that it is often not so easy. This is the view of Johan, who brings over 35 years of experience as a strategy consultant, director and supervisor, the last 12.5 years of which as a partner at KPMG Advisory. At KPMG, his responsibilities included the corporate sector, interim management at a politically charged ZBO and also a number of years in the HR role within KPMG Consulting.

Because Johan sees that the right person, in the right place, is so important for an organisation, he made the move to Whyz. "Consulting can make an impact. But making sure that the right person is in the right place, and that that person ensures that an organisation makes lasting progress, that produces structural impact."

At Whyz, Johan focuses on the search for supervisors, directors and management in sectors in which he has in-depth knowledge: housing associations, healthcare, government and education.

In addition to his work for Whyz, Johan is active as a supervisor at a healthcare institution and with the national Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and as an independently established management consultant.
