He analysed businesses with the goal of optimising them from the inside out. But sufficient pace was often lacking. Based on his current role in executive search, he is able to make the aspired structural impact by connecting the right people.

According to Edwin, the search for suitable candidates is about much more than work experience in a certain industry, organisation or professional knowledge. It energises him to challenge principals with the question whether they have the right people on board in order to offer their clients a continued added value. Edwin mostly serves clients in the financial services as well as in the utilities industry. Sustainability plays a major role especially in the latter sector and Edwin is happy to contribute in that regard.
