After her education in Commercial Economics at the Hogeschool Zeeland and an MBA at the University of Derby, Mischa started her career in banking. Five years later she made the switch to the recruitment profession and started working as a consultant at Michael Page. She held various roles at this internationally oriented organization for 17 years, the last seven of which as Managing Director. From that position she got stuck in reorganization, growth and change processes, as well as launching new business units and building and expanding teams. In 2017 she changed course, started The Next Page as an independent entrepreneur and fulfilled the role of Managing Director at fintech and gamification scale-ups on an interim basis.

Within Whyz, Mischa fulfills the role of managing partner. Through her years of experience as a strategic leader within international, complex and demanding organizations, pioneering and questioning the status quo are in her blood. With her Zeeland sobriety, she maintains calm in the most challenging situations and keeps the bigger goal in mind. In addition to successfully guiding intensive reorganization and growth processes, she also managed to introduce flexible working hours at a time when this topic was anything but commonplace in corporate corporate culture.
